During transit, our Call Center provides real-time flight tracking and updates, facilitating necessary ground transport arrangements for efficient patient transfers. A critical aspect of our MEDEVAC service is the constant availability of medical control. Our flight medical crew, comprising both RNs and paramedics, has access to physician medical control 24/7. This access is maintained throughout the flight, allowing our team to provide quality medical oversight and guidance at all times.

We are ready and able to meet the needs of patients and our clients, as well as a broad array of circumstances that may arise during a mission. We have the experience and plans in place to respond to weather issues, multiple emergencies and missions, air and ground transportation, and striving to ensure families get where they need to be both before and after an emergency.
